1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
●Products are in good condition (unopened, undamaged and in original packaging)
●Products were purchased directly from SaintRufina.com
●Valid proof of purchase/invoice is provided.
2. Expiry-Based Returns Policy
To maintain quality standards and avoid expired products in the market, returns are guided by the remaining shelf life:

The following items are not eligible for return:
●Expired or near-expiry products (less than 6 months shelf life)
●Opened, used or tampered products.
●Products damaged due to poor handling or storage by the distributor
●Clearance or promotional items (unless otherwise stated).
4. Return Process
●All return requests must be formally communicated and approved by Saint Rufina before sending products back
●Approved returns should be properly documented and packaged
●Logistics for return may be subject to company approval
5. Resolution Options
Upon successful verification, returns may be resolved through:
●Product replacement, or
●Credit note for future purchases
(Cash refunds are generally not applicable unless approved by management).
