2. Wholesale / Distributor Orders
For wholesale partners and distributors:
- Orders are prepared and made available for pickup from our designated location.
- Distributors are responsible for arranging their own courier or logistics provider.
Once goods are handed over or collected, risk and responsibility transfer to the distributor.
We are happy to assist with packaging and coordination where needed, but shipping remains the responsibility of the distributor.
